Recipe of the Week

Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • ⅓ cup Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 TBSP Melted unsalted butter
  • ⅓ cup Milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 TBSP Almond powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ cup Avocado
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
Recipe
  1. Mix the eggs with sugar and salt, then add melted unsalted butter and milk and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour, almond powder, and baking powder and mix, then add the sliced avocado, lemon zest, and lemon juice with a sieve and mix.
  3. Fill a muffin tin with parchment paper in place, put the sliced avocado on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and cool.
