Recipe of the Week: February 21st

No matter how much - or little - time you have in the morning, you have time for this breakfast!

Recipe is simple and straightforward.

Bread:

Buy from the store! Stick in the toaster!

If you are feeling fancy, make your own with this recipe:
- 1 bag of almond meal
- 4 eggs/
- 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 2 T honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder

Toppings:

- Egg (cooked however)
- Guacamole
- Pico de gallo
